Zuzana has been working in the ČSOB group since 2001. She was responsible for the exporters and importers segment, later for marketing and for leading the SME segment team at ČSOB. During the financial crisis, she gained valuable experience in the Hungarian K&H, where she managed the simplification of the credit process and corporate business support. In 2018, she embarked on a new challenge in the form of launching the startup acceleration program Start it @ČSOB, which she led for over 5 years and accelerated almost 100 startups. She currently works in the data-driven business area of ​​corporate banking.

As part of his professional experience, he worked as a member of middle and top management in several medium-sized companies, where he was primarily responsible for development strategy and financial management. He currently manages the economy and finances of STORMWARE, the producer of the popular POHODA economic system. At the same time, he acts as a consultant in the field of strategic and financial management and is particularly focused on the area of strategy creation and the creation of financial management systems, the use of corporate data and business intelligence systems for management. He is also interested in processing economic and financial analyzes and finding ways to the future development of the company. Radek is the co-author of several publications. He founded the development studio Pixelmate at the age of nineteen, is a recipient of the Forbes 30 under 30 award and helped develop the Zonky application or the fintech Indigo. He holds an international CFA qualification and has been ranked in the prestigious Forbes "30 under 30" list. Roman is an analyst and partner at Presto Ventures and is often referred to by his colleagues as the brains of the fund. He is responsible for valuations, investment analysis, development of start-ups in the portfolio and Presto's operations in the Baltic countries. His portfolio includes, for instance, the Lithuanian GoRamp, Estonian Ready Player Me and Czech Oddin. He teaches at universities, mentors in many different programs and helps talented young people develop their talents. Přemysl studied mathematics at the FJFI CTU in Prague and at the prestigious French Grande Ecole ENSTA - Paris Institute of Technology (ParisTech). He worked, for instance, in revenue management at Air France and at the Amadeus technology giant. After returning to the Czech Republic, he went through the Rockaway investment group. In 2016, he helped FJFI mathematicians launch Yieldigo, a start-up that makes it easier for retail chains to optimize pricing, which also became the first portfolio company of the Presto Ventures fund. In his spare time, he lectures at STEM universities and helps with science commercialization. He plays the double bass and, in addition to mentoring budding entrepreneurs, he also helps young artists. The Presto Ventures venture capital fund has been investing in B2B technology start-ups in Central and Eastern Europe since 2016. He has almost 50 companies in his portfolio, including several globally successful ones such as CloudTalk, IP Fabric, Sharry, Oddin and Ready Player Me. David works as a Mentor specializing in strategic business and financial management. David has built several mobile application and systems integration companies over the past 6 years. He passes on these experiences in their rawest form and without packaging. Since 2014, his clients have achieved investments in the amount of tens of millions of crowns in venture capital. According to David, every decision and every outcome works in favor of achieving a set goal if properly grasped. He himself started and got 2 different companies off the ground and participated in launching two other businesses. He has experience with business entities and non-profits. He specialises in creating the right strategy, organisational design and the system of company internal operation, creating or improving a product/service in relation to the marketplace, increasing the effectiveness of marketing, sales and the company as a whole. František has almost 10 years of experience as a designer and developer - he started his first business at the lower level of grammar school and the first e-commerce company was created in the second year of high school.
